CAUSED BY LOSS OF YOUR ISP INTERNET CONNECTION.
TO RESOLVE :-
1) First unplug your TV box off mains power for 1 minute & then plug back in.
2) If not resolved go to www.speedtest.net run the test and email your DOWNLOAD SPEED & PING TEST RESULT.
COMPLETE LOSS OF YOUR ISP PROVIDED INTERNET CONNECTION.
TO RESOLVE :-
1) First unplug your Internet Router and any Ancillery equipment off mains power.
2) Unplug your TV box off Mains power.
3) Wait 15 minutes then plug back into mains power your Internet Router& any ancillary equipment.
4) Wait 10 minutes to re-establish your internet connection.
5) Plug back in your TV box to mains power.
6) If not resolved go to www.speedtest.net run the test and email your DOWNLOAD SPEED & PING TEST RESULT.
CAUSED BY YOUR INTERNET ROUTER NOT BEING CORRECTLY IN SYNC.
TO RESOLVE :-
1) Unplug your Internet router and any ancillary equipment off mains power.
2) Unplug your TV box off mains power .
3) Plug straight back into mains power your internet router and any ancillary equipment.
4) Wait 10 minutes to re-establish your internet connection.
5) Plug back in your TV box to mains power.
6) If not resolved repeat above.
MESSAGE BEING SHOWN BY YOUR TELEVISION.
TO RESOLVE :-
1) Unplug TV box off mains Power.
2) Plug mains power straight back in.
3) You should now see the Loading menu onscreen.
4) If not , using YOUR TV HANDSET CHECK you have the TV input set correctly such as HDMI1.
MESSAGE BEING SHOWN BY YOUR TV BOX.
TO Resolve :-
1) On the box handset press the "OK" button to go back to the last TV channel.
2) If not resolved unplug the TV box off mains power and plug straight back in and wait for it to auto reload.
VIEWING PROBLEMS AS ABOVE, usually caused by ISP Poor internet connection / Low Bandwidth / IP Blocking .
BEFORE CONTACTING YOUR ISP :-
1) Unplug your Internet router and any ancillary equipment off mains power overnight min 8 hours.
2) Also Unplug your TV box off mains power .
3) In the morning plug mains power back into your internet router and any ancillary equipment.
4) Wait 10 minutes to re-establish your internet connection.
5) Plug back in your TV box to mains power wait for it to reload.
6) Doing this will refresh your internet connection with your ISP and clear any "Cashe" stored in your router.
(Do the above every 7 to 10 days to keep a good connection with your ISP = "INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER ")
